We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for both our one-time purchase and our subscription.

If you purchase the Pro tier and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date for any reason.
To request a refund:
Email [email protected] from the email address used for purchase
Include your order number (from your purchase receipt)
A reason is appreciated but not required
After 14 days from your purchase date, Pro tier purchases are non-refundable.
You can cancel your Monthly Access subscription at any time. When you cancel:
Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
You retain full access to the library until the end of your current billing period
We do not refund the current month's charge or any prior monthly charges
To cancel, manage your subscription through the customer portal link in your purchase receipt, or email [email protected].
If you've been charged twice in error for the same purchase, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We'll verify and refund the duplicate charge promptly.
If you've completed your purchase but haven't received access to the product (the Notion template link didn't work, you didn't receive your purchase email, or the product isn't loading correctly), contact us at [email protected]. We'll either resolve the issue and ensure you receive what you paid for, or issue a full refund if we can't.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected]. We'll work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund if you're within the eligible window.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your access to the product and forfeiture of any future support.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. The refund will appear on the original payment method used for purchase.
